Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala Said:
“…وَلَوْ أَرَادُوا الْخُرُوجَ لَأَعَدُّوا لَهُ عُدَّةً…”
So beware, Brothers, talking about Jihad without making actual, practical preparations for it is from the characteristics of the Munafiqeen. We have brothers who talk loudly about fighting, escalation, and so on, while they themselves cannot even climb the stairs without losing their breath. The contrast between their words and their actions indicts them. We do not want to be from this type of people, and we do not want to believe the talk of such people; particularly since they clearly do not believe their own talk themselves.
Train. Get fit. Prepare. Physical fitness is part of your Imaan.
