At some point, you need to recognize that your narrative IS a narrative, and that you are excluding a multitude of facts from your version of reality. That is just a practical necessity; you cannot be an effective strategist if you actually believe your own propaganda.
The Democrats and the Woke must be aware that the 80% of Black people polled who do not want police to be defunded, and who want more policing in their communities — not lesss– actually do exist. They must be aware that the over 7,000 grieving families of Black homicide victims from 2019 exist. They must be aware that the several dozen families of shooting victims in Chicago last weekend exist. The thousands of new Black entrepreneurs since 2016 exist. All of these people exist, and all of them know that the Woke / Leftist narrative is false. Ignoring them in your narrative does not make them disappear, and they will have a political voice in November.
The same goes for the multitude of people whom you have not allowed to protest against the #lockdown; who have lost their jobs, their businesses, and who are struggling in imposed silence. All the people in whose windows #BLM and #Antifa demonstrators shined their flashlights in the middle of the night, loudly demanding that they come out an join the protests — they also exist and they also vote.
When your candidate loses in November, you have no right to be shocked.
