You all thought I was joking about this; I wasn’t.
There was a time when the idea of an Atheist Jew was an oxymoron…because, obvious reasons. But it has become an accepted category — not only because of referring to Jews as an ethnicity (which is quite dubious), but because of the “shared experience/history, and traditions”, etc. Mark my words, we will see (maybe soon) the emergence of a group of people who refer to themselves as Atheist Muslims.
