So, from Covid19, major corporations have been told:
We will give you money, we will set interest rates at near zero so you can borrow for next to nothing, and we will pay back whatever you borrow. If that is not enough, we will potentially institute negative interest rates so we will actually pay you to borrow money, which we will then also pay.
