The Black Lives Matter movement is insincere, and that should be…

Posted on June 14, 2020 by Shahid Bolsen

The Black Lives Matter movement is insincere, and that should be instantly obvious.

You do not have to notice the diabolical hypocrisy of ignoring over 90% of homicide victims in the Black community in order to focus on the 0.3% killed by the police. You do not even have to do any research to recognise their insincerity; you just have to think for a second or two.

The movement is adopting an ideological position only previously expressed by the most radical and extreme of the historical Black nationalist / Black Liberation groups, i.e., that White people are collectively guilty; that the American system is genocidally racist and is at war with Black people, and that the state criminalizes being Black.

However, they simultaneously assume the approach of the more mainstream Civil Rights movement of the past, redressing their grievances to the very authorities they purport to be fundamentally, and incurably racist.

In other words, they are accusing the United States of carrying out a systematic program of persecution akin to ethnic cleansing of the African-American population, and then appeal for justice and protection to the very architects and executioners of this imagined policy.

It should be obvious to anyone that they do not mean what they are saying. If they genuinely believed their accusations, the only logical course would be the same one advocated by the extremist groups who made those same accusations in the past, namely; separation, emigration, or otherwise autonomy, without appeal to White authorities. from whom they can have no reasonable expectation of justice or equality.

They are a Black Liberation movement that places responsibility for liberation squarely upon the shoulders of their declared oppressors. It is a Black Power movement in which all the power is White.

This, in fact, is where we can begin to see the true nature of this movement.

It’s core message is, in essence, thoroughly convinced of White supremacy. They insist on chronic and inescapable Black victimhood, powerlessness and helplessness; They assert that White people are innately privileged, and their only hope is if White privilege is recruited to transform the lives of Black people.

The omnipotence of the White racist system, they assert, so completely dominates every aspect of the lives of African-Americans, that White people are even responsible for the personal decisions and behavior of Black people in their own neighborhoods. In the view of the Black Lives Matter movement, African-Americans are mere automatons with no agency, no self-determination, no control over their own lives.

The “positive achievements” of the current protest movement are almost all either symbolic, irrelevant, debatable, or ultimately profitable for White-owned corporations. The negative achievements are potentially disastrous for the African-American community; which should not be surprising, since every extent catastrophe in that community is deliberately obscured by the Black Lives Matter movement.
