The Woke Movement is explicitly — as in, they claim it themselves — Marxist. Their claim is that they are opposing Fascism — represented by Trump.
However, there is nothing actually about the Trump presidency that resembles or indicates anything like the definition of Fascism; while the Woke movement is informed by, looks like, acts like, and says they subscribe to, Marxism. Regardless of your opinion of Trump; you can disagree with his policies, you can think he is unfit for office, etc, etc; nevertheless, he was elected through the normal process, and his policies have all been enacted through the normal, legal, constitutional process. Checks and balances between branches of government have not been dissolved. This is not Fascism.
So, in other words, the Woke movement is not opposing Fascism, they are opposing normal democratic processes, the established American system of government; and they are advocating a Marxist agenda for society. If anyone is siding with the Woke because they imagine they are saving the United States from dictatorship, I’m saying, they are deeply deluded, and are, in fact, pushing the society towards what they claim to be saving it from.
