By far, the UAE is the greatest beneficiary of their deal with Israel. This was a deal between the Emirates and America. The UAE is positioning itself as a stronger ally of the US, and, in the long term, as more Arab States normalize relations with Israel, this will provide the US with greater strategic freedom in the region, and Israel’s importance will diminish.
