Bahrain has followed the UAE in full normalization with Israel. Sudan is likely, and eventually Saudi Arabia. Qatar will inevitably acquiesce as well. Israel may even negotiate an end to the KSA-UAE blockade.
I do not see how achieving regional normalization does not weaken Israel’s relative advantage in the long run, though obviously, in the short term, the consequence will be the further deterioration of Palestinian relevance to the Arab world.
