This is absolutely brilliant. I have argued for years that multinational corporations, which are among the most powerful entities in the world, should be dealt with as global non-state actors in international law and held legally accountable for the death, destruction, and misery they cause in their ruthless pursuit of profit. Al-Hamdulillah, it is an idea finally moving forward.
