There is apparently a meeting today in Khartoum between the government and representatives from Belarus for expanding economic relations. This is exactly the type of event that the opposition needs to target for civil disobedience and disruption. And messages should be sent to the diplomatic offices of Belarus to convey opposition demands for anti-Austerity policies and democratic mechanisms in Sudan
