In theory this sounds good. Of course most of us would suggest that building peace is important for a few other reasons BESIDES investment; but, ok, this is how capitalists think, so, fine.
But the question is, “how do they define ‘peace and stability’?”
Too often these are euphemisms for crackdowns and repression.
