Regardless of what economic theories anyone has developed, or will develop, the actual reality that we have been living, and will continue to live, is that those who own the wealth and the means of coercion, will rule.
We are therefore in a state of struggle, trying to counterbalance the selfishness of the powerful by whatever means we have to secure our rights.
The owners of capital and influence have organized their resources in the form of corporations and financial institutions, and have mobilized state power to facilitate and defend their interests.
Government, therefore, is no longer a feasible arena for our struggle, because we cannot compete with the influence of corporate power to try to mobilize the state to secure our interests. The logical approach is to address ourselves directly to the owners of capital.
