Rostec has another off-shoot, an equity fund group called RT Invest, THEY have partnerships with corporations like Daimler, Boeing, Daewoo and so on.
There are two points here…
First..there are clearly financial mechanisms present that could potentially be used to influence Russia against its support for Bashar.
Second, utilizing these mechanisms is not even contemplated…because the whole thing is a fraud.
