They charged them with zina without 4 witnesses to the act — not supposed to do that either. And the punishment was like 10 strokes with the cane — which is not the Shari’ah punishment. Nope, sorry.This is entirely man-made legislation and enforcement. Number One: you cannot divorce the punishment from the legal process stipulated by the Law. Number Two: you cannot arbitrarily assign a punishment you decide when a prescribed punishment has been mandated.
