My personal opinion is that the Media City is not a useful target. Valid, but not useful.
However, it is important to understand the tactical principle that you do not have to direct your actions against the actual facilities you want to target, rather you can focus on the supply chain, staff, logistics, and the overall system by which the facility functions.
That is a basic principle of guerrilla strategy. Target the enemy outside their protected locations. Target a guarded facility indirectly by targeting the logistics it relies upon.
