The loss of executive personnel is a direct attack on a long-ter…

Posted on January 23, 2015 by Shahid Bolsen

The loss of executive personnel is a direct attack on a long-term asset of a company which is more important than any current investment they are undertaking.

Targeting of corporate staff (I did not say assassination) will strike a severe blow on any company. Important personnel will leave to work at companies where they will not be targeted. The company will have to take steps to increase incentives for any new executives, insurance, higher pay, security, etc. It will affect the decision-making process within the company. The company’s reputation and the confidence of shareholders will plummet.

Any actions which will make them understand that they are targeted will work. Even, as previously suggested, splashing red paint on their cars, homes, etc.would cause enough fear and insecurity to achieve the desired purpose.

No, you do not have to harm them, it would be sufficient to prove to them that you have the capability to do so.
