An office or other business location can be disrupted and even closed by very simple, un-dramatic means. Water damage, damage to the electrical system, damage to computers or other equipment, even by filling the office with an unbearably bad odor.
This also follows from the psychological element of guerrilla warfare, whereby guerrilla actions are meant to harass and disrupt, rather than to destroy and defeat. Low-scale disruptive actions are easier to carry out, and can be performed persistently, multiplying their cost to the target.
