Here’s an easy way to calculate what is a healthy weight for you (I didn’t say “ideal).
Take your height in centimetres, for example 180 cm, and just remove the “1” (80) to know a healthy weight in kilograms for your size.
This is surprisingly accurate, unless you are very muscular, so it can give you an idea of how many kilos you may need to lose to reach a healthy weight.
