Genuinely revolutionary tactics inflict consequences on power; not on the public. Causing hardship for the population with no noticeable impact on the elite, is essentially counter-revolutionary not revolutionary.
It cannot be reiterated enough that public transport and infrastructure should not be disrupted. If you have the capability for this type of disruption, it should be directed at commercial targets and corporate supply chains; the infrastructure of the ruling system.
