Ever since the first generations of Islam, the methods and tactics of jihad were constantly developing and being updated to more effectively achieve the unchanging goals of jihad against the ever changing dynamics of the powers of our opponents.
If you insist on a style of fighting that ignores how the kuffar are dominating our lands in today’s reality,; and you continue to operate according to an obsolete vision of who and what are the central actors in this domination; if you fall into the error of thinking jihad means a particular tactic and not the struggle to achieve a particular goal; you will definitely not achieve the goal of jihad, nor will your actions be accurately described as jihad.
