Until they understand that leadership does not have to be hierarchical, but instead collaborative, the leadership of any organized party will resist open source revolution as much as any regime will.
It is not required that you convince the leaders of parties and groups to adopt this strategy.
It is only important for each of us to be effective.
If someone will not work with you, they will not work with you, just move on.
The effective strategy will spread by means of its results.
