If a political leader does not articulate clearly what he will do with the power he seeks, it is safe to conclude that all he seeks is power.
The most appropriate thing for the Islamic movement is not to seek power, but to first develop an Islamic policy platform, and seek its implementation.
Ultimately, it does not matter who the ruler is; the only thing that matters is what policies the ruler establishes.
The only way you will get a ruler who establishes Islamic policies is if you articulate what those polices are,and demand them. Either the present ruler will be forced to implement them, or a leader will rise from among you based on his commitment to these policies.
