Jihad is the struggle to make the Word of Allah supreme, to defend the blood, wealth and honor of the Muslims. It is to overthrow the domination of illegitimate systems of authority, to promote good and forbid evil, and to subordinate and neutralize our enemies.
Jihad is not a particular tactic, it is not a particular method; jihad is whatever tactics and whatever method within the framework of the Shari’ah that can accomplish these goals.
It is only riding your stallion, waving your scimitar and your black flag while shouting takbir, if that actually works. It is only shooting your kalashnikov, and blowing things up, if that actually works. If that doesn’t work, then it is foolishness and emboldening to our enemies.
