You should know that being an opponent of a regime installed by the imperial system is not the same thing as being an opponent of the imperial system. Indeed, there are certainly many who oppose the regime, but are loyal to the Empire of Capital, and their opposition to the regime is based more on their desire to compete for the favor of the imperial masters, than it is to liberate the nation from them.
