Let me reiterate here that the Conflict Fitness project is not about bodybuilding, it is not about improving how one’s physique appears. Conflict Fitness is about developing the practical strength, stamina, agility, and overall fitness that will improve your performance in confrontational scenarios.
We are not interested in helping you get six-pack abs or big muscles, or helping you to sculpt your body to become more attractive.
Having said that, I do not recommend exercises for women that are any different from what I recommend for men; except possibly trying harder to build upper body strength, as women are often weaker in this area.
Otherwise, the physical demands of conflict are the same for both men and women, and the same types of conditioning are necessary.
