Yes, Britain and Egypt need to talk (see the link in comments). But, you are the Egypt that needs to do the talking. Speak to Britain. They account for almost half of all foreign investment in the country. Speak to them through their investments.
As it is, Cameron will perhaps say a word or two about human rights, but the bulk of his meeting will be focused on pressuring Sisi to do more to satisfy the demands of the IMF, and satisfying these demands, not the demand for human rights, will determine the UK’s support for Sisi.
