It is historically proven that violent opposition movements are far less successful than nonviolent ones in achieving their aims. It is important to understand why.
Violent opposition alienates the population and undermines the necessity of solidarity among the people. Everyone intuitively knows that those who attain power through violence will also maintain power through violence once they attain it. You cannot rationally claim to be defending the rights of the people and serving their interests if you are simultaneously engaged in a strategy which jeopardizes their safety and disregarding the sacredness of their blood.
This is a crucial principle to understand. Revolutionary strategy must bear this in mind. Target the interests of power but preserve the blood of the Muslims, be nonviolent, but confrontational and disruptive. If there is violence, it must be highly precise and justifiable, with a clear strategic purpose. Do not frighten the population.
