The fundamental impediment to justice and equality in society resides in the private sector.It is the inexplicable fact that the creators of wealth are not the owners of wealth. Any revolution that does not address this paradox will fail. I do not see any reason why the workers at a company should not constitute the majority shareholders of that company, with overriding control over company policy and receiving an equitable share in profits
