The super-rich understand, of course, that their ruthless accumulation of the world’s wealth in their ever-shrinking number of hands is insane. It is totally unsustainable.
They are dispossessing the vast majority of the human race; concentrating the wealth and resources of the whole world in a tiny sect of unbridled greed whose members number in the mere thousands.
It is obvious to them that this cannot continue without drastic, and yes, violent measures.
As their program of accumulation advances, it must necessarily become more vicious, because there is only so much that people can bear before they erupt.
Their power to erupt must, therefore, be subdued, neutralized, diverted, as much as possible.
That is what the “Global War on Terror” is; it is a preemptive counter-revolution designed to suppress the populations whose lives are becoming unbearably difficult, to ensure that they cannot, and will not revolt.
