Posted on June 18, 2014 by Shahid Bolsen

When we talk about economic war, I don’t think we should be talking about trying to cause economic collapse, or even economic crises. Because the vast majority of the population is already in economic crisis. The policies of Neoliberalism actually already represent a kind of collapse.

The point is, we are ourselves the victims of an ongoing economic war, a war of conquest, an imperialistic war, carried out not only by means of debt, structural adjustment reforms, privatizatioon, foreign direct investment and so on, but also, yes, by means of violence and the militarization of society.

Our aim should not be to worsen the economic situation and collapse the system, but rather to utilize the dynamics of the economic order to impose .
accountability on the elites. While the primary method involved in this process is disruption, we have to make a distinction between causing disruption, and causing destruction
