You are seeing before your eyes the implementation of the strategies I have written about for over 2 years, being carried out in the Niger Delta by the NDA.
Perhaps it is by the Wisdom of Allah that we have only experimented with this strategy in Egypt on a limited scale. .. we have the advantage now of observing the course of events in Nigeria, to learn from the NDA’s successes and mistakes, and to see how the power structure responds.
