Why do you need to partner with civil society organisations?
For the same reason that a new mobile phone service provider that has the ability to provide service but doesn’t have the hardware capacity to provide coverage need to partner with a company that has an existing network.
Civil society organisations have outreach networks on the ground, they have expertise in various fields, and they have experience in grassroots work.
Any social or political movement will need to utilise these assets if it hopes to reach the people and grow
