Let’s be honest. The statement that “the West wants to destroy Islam, and will never stop attacking us, no matter what we do, until either we, or they perish” is utter nonsense.
The West is hostile to Islam, we all know that. They are also hostile to any ideology that challenges their hegemony. But they also have interests, and their belligerence is restrained because of these interests.
The United States alone possesses the military capability, with nearly 8,000 nuclear weapons, to obliterate the entire Muslim world if they chose to do so. So how does your ideology explain their reluctance to launch a nuclear holocaust against us? If the entire non-Muslim world is united in their deadly hatred for the Muslims, why should they conceal their desire to exterminate us? Why be tactful and diplomatic in any way whatsoever? They could simply announce, “we are going to rid the world of Muslims” and then launch their missiles, and we would have no capability to respond.
So, can we stop this ludicrous discussion? Our relationship with the Kuffar is comprised of intersecting interests and multiple layers. Their hostility is one factor, but it is not the overriding factor that takes priority over all others. Be serious.
