While it may be useful to some extent to block roads and stop trains and buses, etc; I would not recommend targeting public transport or any service or facility utilized by the masses.
Rather, if these tactics are employed, use them to block access to offices and work sites of the Multinationals, target freight trains, cargo vehicles, and other commercial transport.
Maximize the effectiveness of the tactics by refining the choice of targets.
