Allah tells us in some places that the Kuffar hate us and will never stop trying to drive us out of Islam. He also tells us in other places about Kuffar who do not all fight us, and about some who are closer to us than others. And Allah tells that the Qur’an contains no contradictions. You can conclude from this then that the ayaat about their hatred refers to “some” not all,
Take your ideology from the Qur’an and Sunnah, do not filter the Qur’an and Sunnah through your ideology.
