Whenever I criticise outrageously stupid statements like the one made by Rohingya would-be rebel leader Ata’ullah, inevitably the “good manners brigade” pipes in, saying I shouldn’t be harsh, shouldn’t insult, should be gentle and give brotherly naseehah; because the Prophet told us to be like that.
Nope.
The Prophet told us to be kind to animals too; but common sense tells you that this does not apply to a mad attack dog racing towards our children.
This guy just said he doesn’t care if 1 million Rohingya are slaughtered; which is basically how the Buddhist extremists, radical Rakhine nationalists, and how the army feels. Why on earth should he be able to say that and still expect to be treated with gentle Muslim adab? That statement is INVITING intensification of the Genocide, Please tell me why anyone should be nice about that?
No. If you behave sensibly, respectfully, responsibly, we will observe the most refined etiquette imaginable with you; but if you behave like a reckless, mindless, hazardous psycho, we will deal with you as appropriate.
