Democratisation of corporate influence is not a question of “if” it can happen, but of “when” and “how”.

Wise corporate planners will see that it is going to be far better for their companies to take the lead in standing up for the issues their consumer constituencies care about. Dismissing the concerns of their customers is no longer going to be an option.
