It seems as if the Rohingya are caught between the genocide and a collection of activists and NGOs who are either insincere or are clueless about what to do.
The insincere ones are efficient at coming up with superficial projects to keep themselves funded, and the others are running around like chickens with their heads cut off screaming “we have to DO something!!!”
Frankly, I don’t know which of these two are the most unhelpful.
