Since 1973, 21 minors have been executed in the United States, and 80 remain on Death Row. They only outlawed the execution of mentally disabled people in 2002.
Yet they criticise the Shari’ah for the punishment for adultery, even though throughout the entire 600 year history of the Ottoman Empire, it was only carried out one time.
