Before you talk about turning Egypt into Syria or Libya; about trying to overthrow El-Sisi by some kind of guerilla war; take note of the fact that al-Assad and Qaddafi were not Western allies and both resisted the IMF programs and Neoliberal reforms.
El-Sisi, on the other hand has made his absolute allegiance to foreign investors perfectly clear; which means that they will support him. The scenarios of Libya and Syria can not be compared to Egypt.
If you can think of an example in recent memory of a Western-backed dictator being overthrown by means of civil war, please inform me. It has only happened by challenging corporate domination itself; in Bolivia, in Chile, in Ecuador, and so on.
