صندوق النقد الدولي لا يقرض أموال لبلد من المتوقع أن تقوم بتسديدها، لابد لنا أن نفهم ذلك . فالأموال ليس قرضا، بل هو دفع مقابل شراء، إنهم لا يقرضونك الأموال، بل يشترونك بها.

The IMF does not lend money to a country expecting to be paid back. You must understand this. The money is not a loan, it is a payment for purchase. They are not lending you the money; they are buying you with it.
