The truth is that many of the jihadis and khilafah’ists are of such a mentality, and such a level of ignorance about the religion, that they would probably call for a revolt against the Mahdi for ruling by other than what Allah revealed.

Please do not tell me that you want an Islamic state until you are ready to define very specifically what that means. It’s not asking too much, but I know it is asking more than you can do. You should ponder that.
