The primary usefulness of states to corporate supremacy is their monopoly on violence and the authority to police and repress the population. This is why Big Tech-funded politicians are conspicuously statist, because the necessities of dispossession and repression required to pursue Silicon Valley’s agenda will need heavy-handed state power to enforce.
