يتم اعتبار الشركات “أشخاص قانونيين” ألا يمكننا ذلك لإلزامهم وفرض المُسائلة عليهم بشأن أنشطتهم التي تؤدي إلى زعزعة الاستقرار والتسبب في المعاناة في الدول التي يعملون بها؟ ألا يمكننا تعريفهم “كأعداء” بسبب استخدامهم للاستثمار كرافعة للتحكم في سياسة الدولة؟

Corporations are regarded as “legal persons” can’t we use that to obligate them and impose accountability on them for activities that destabilize and cause suffering in the countries where they operate? Can’t we define as “belligerence” their use of investment as a lever to control state policy?
