الأمر لا يمثل خطوة عملاقة للانتقال من شركات مُصرة على أن النظام يحسن من صورته بالنسبة لانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان إلى شركات تُصر على أن النظام لا يقترف انتهاكات حقوق إنسان. سيكون على النظام إطاعة الشركات في كلتا الحالتين.

It is not a giant step to go from corporations insisting that a regime clean its image from human rights abuses to corporations insisting that a regime does not commit human rights abuses. The regime will have to obey corporations in either case
