إذا نجح ولو جيل واحد فقط في تأسيس مجتمع طوبوي، فأنا أعدكم بأن أبنائهم سوف يمزقون هذا المجتمع بسبب طغيانه.

Islamic judges have historically imposed rulings on matters that were not legislated by the #Quran & #Sunnah, including punishments not found in the #Shariah, because they thought it was good for society. I see no reason why these judgements should be treated as law today.
