You should know, if it’s not obvious, that we are not the intended audience for disinformation and distortions about Islam. There’s no need, really, to feel attacked or defensive. This is a dialogue between non-Muslims.

Facebook “fact-checkers” have an incentive to label posts by prominent users as false, because these labels direct followers to the “fact-checkers’” own websites, increasing their own traffic and ad revenues by leeching off the large audiences built by those prominent FB users.
