Today’s horrific explosion in #Beirut appears to me to have been due to abominable negligence in the safety standards for the storage of dangerous chemicals. #Lebanon’s long experiment with #libertarian deregulation may be responsible for what would otherwise be assumed to be either a terrorist attack or an airstrike from an enemy warship

My initial guess is that the #BeirutExplosion is due to criminal negligence
