As far as I know, both Twitter and Facebook have insisted that they are platforms not publishers, First Amendment doesn’t really protect platforms. No individual’s free speech is denied if a platform is shutdown. If Dorsey or Zuckerberg decided to close down their companies’ services, would they be violating the Constitution?
