الجانب الإيجابي من الدعم المالي والاستثمار الصيني هو أن الصين ليس لديها أجندة إمبريالية ولا تضع شروط الليبرالية الجديدة على الاستثمار. والجانب السلبي هو أن الصين أيضا لا تهتم بحقوق الإنسان ولا الشرعية السياسية.

The positive aspect of Chinese financial support and investment is that China does not have an imperialist agenda and does not set neoliberal conditions on investment. The negative aspect is that China also does not care about human rights or political legitimacy.
